Living From Your Heart Meditation

I want to share a wonderful process that was recently taught to a group by my teacher, Dr. Ibrahim Jaffe. It is a process to assist you to live from your heart, from the deep peace, and the Light of God. Looking to your heart as the King/Queen of Guidance in your life. When we receive guidance from these highest spaces within ourselves, our lives feel more peaceful, balanced, and we feel aligned body, heart, Soul, and Spirit.This meditation will help you to receive guidance from within your highest, Divine Self.
  • Start by taking a few deep breaths.
  • Letting the thoughts go, and the mind go.
  • Move into the feeling world.
  • Drop into your heart, the whole heart center, in the center of your chest.
  • Feel your heart, breathing in and out from there.
  • Allow your mind to rest and surrender to your hearts wisdom – the heart contains the truth, the deep peace, and the place of alignment
  • Focus on your question and visualize it.
  • Face it with your heart, feel the situation.
  • Ask, wait, (you can chant here the Name of God, Allah, Yaweh, Hashem- whatever name you use, but it needs to have the AAHHH sound).
  • Line up your heart and the Light of God together, while you look into the issue.
  • Keep chanting, breathing, and wait until you shift to a feeling of peace.
  • When the peace comes, you have started to receive the guidance.
  • Take time with this, if the peace didn’t come, you have not gone deep enough, do not give up and keep going.
